CURRENT SUPPORT FOCUS: PORTUGAL
Dear KGM Leadership Family,
I'm writing to update you on the situation here in Marinha Grande, Portugal—our European Headquarters—and to ask you to stand with us in prayer.
A powerful cyclone with winds exceeding 170 km/h struck our region, causing widespread destruction.
Our church building was almost completely destroyed. Although we were able to remove some items, the structural damage is severe. We remain without electricity and internet, water is only partially restored, and many schools in the area have been heavily damaged.
- Electricity and internet are still unavailable
- All refrigerated food was lost due to the prolonged power outage
- Strong winds and rain continue
- We still need space to store salvaged church items
- Despite losing the roof, the church is open.
- We are currently operating as a food distribution center, serving families in need throughout the community.
We thank God for His protection over our church family—only two families needed to be relocated, and no lives were lost. We firmly believe that what the enemy intended for harm, God will turn into good.
Please continue praying for protection, provision, wisdom, and strength as we move forward. If you feel led to contribute financially, your support will help us meet urgent needs and begin the rebuilding process.
